HR Reward Manager: Projects - Nottingham - GBP38K - GBP47K + benefits

Our client, one of the leaders in their field and with a global presence, are now looking for an experienced HR Reward Manager or HR Project Manager to join them as part of their Pay & Reward team.

You will be part of a small team working towards the creation of a new total reward strategy which will incorporate reviewing areas such as pay structures and bandings, benefits structures and well as a day to day support for the HRBPs on pay and reward queries.

The breadth of projects the HR Reward Manager will be involved in could be large and may incorporate supporting with areas such as Job Evaluation and supporting with some international remuneration schemes.

To be successful in the role you will need to be an experienced Reward professional or HR Project manager with significant experience within reward, compensation or benefits. Your role will touch upon many different stakeholders and as such you'll have fantastic communication skills. You will need to have energy and drive to see projects through to conclusion and be able to work on your own, but also fit in well into a small team.
