SEC Recruitment is now delighted to announce a unique and rare opportunity for a superstar German Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our well established IT and Pharma teams and be a significant part of its growth and development. To be considered for this role, you should be very passionate about recruiting candidates and developing business.
You role as a German Speaking Trainee Recruitment Consultant would involve:
*Proactively searching for new Business Opportunities, which involves market research, cold calling, introducing SEC Recruitment and building long lasting relationships with clients
*Searching for candidates, using database and various tools, platforms and headhunting
*Screening and qualifying candidates by conducting thorough telephone interviews & following recruitment procedures in line with client requirements
*Maintaining and building strong and lasting relationships within the industry
*Networking
*Working against tight deadlines and targets
*Proactive, front-footed approach to self-generating prospects & spotting opportunities for new business
The ideal candidate will:
*Be very proactive and eager to learn
*Be committed to achieving high standards
*Be well organised and able to work with the unexpected whilst being attentive to detail
*Have a great sense of urgency
*Enjoy working in a targeted environment
*Be a great communicator
*Be commercially aware and have strong numeracy skills
*Be fluent in English and German
