HR Manager
Based in Solihull
Up to GBP45,000 (depending on experience) + excellent benefits and Parking
Our client is a well-respected business within their field and are seeking an experienced HR Manager to work in modern and spacious offices.
This role requires a strong minded character with a business mind and the willingness to change as the business grows.
The role will involve having full responsibility for all HR functions, including delivering a quality advisory service to the company's employees and contractors, plus have experience in employee relations, people management, recruitment and selection, performance management and the development of staff, including training and induction.
You will also be expected to maintain your knowledge of changes, including Employment Law and be confident in the implementation of policies and procedures
You MUST be qualified, having the CIPD level 5 or 7 or equivalent and have working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft office packages
No doubt you have excellent interpersonal skills, you are calm under pressure, able to think on the spot and give advice accordingly, a forward thinker with a questioning and challenging approach.
The excellent range of benefits include: 25 days annual leave, health plan, death in service and pension + free parking
