R13 are working in partnership with a leading cloud based SaaS firm in their search for a highly enthusiastic, motivated and hardworking BDM. This is a unique role, so we are looking for driven and experienced applicants with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets within a B2B market.

Your role will be to take full responsibility for the entire engagement and enlightening process by researching, understanding and making contact with various International, mainly warm, business leads through various means, to secure an appointment to develop the potential business opportunity. This role is not for the feint hearted, the hours are late and long as you'll need to manage multiple prospects as well as account manage your pipeline effectively to secure maximum revenue opportunities for the business. But in return, the rewards can be ample and the OTE exceptional!

Duties to include:
*Developing relationships with clients to build trust and confidence in you, and the solution by utilising a consultative approach.
*Undertaking extensive research on clients prior to making contact to ensure you have a full understanding of their requirements the right decision maker to engage with.
*Using initiative to tailor your approach to interact with clients in the most effective manner.
*Asking open questions to establish the client's needs / perceived needs from their website.
*Managing a pipeline of prospects through to conversion; conducting regular follow up calls.
*Quickly gain an in-depth understanding of SaaS solutions, CRO, UX, UI to become a subject expert.

You will have:
*Minimum of 2 years success in a B2B sales or telemarketing business, ideally from a technical or IT related environment (demonstrable track record essential).
*Strong communication skills and the ability to ask questions and listen are the keys to success in this role.
*A driven and enthusiastic attitude, yet able to react and tailor the tone, message and approach to engage the audience.
*Able to build effective customer relations and close appointments.
*Highly organised, and able to prioritise work with a sharp attention to detail showing a confident and professional approach in calls.

You will be supported with all the training and development you need in order to help you succeed, whilst being surrounded by a team who want nothing more than for you to do well with in a work hard, play hard environment.

This is a full time permanent opportunity working from stylish open plan offices in the heart of Norwich City Centre. Working hours are 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 12:00pm - 10:00pm. Offered salary of GBP20,000 basic with a very achievable uncapped commission structure to achieve up to an incredible GBP50,000pa! PLUS a comprehensive benefits package.
