Telesales Executive/Account Manager

GBP20,000 basic OTE GBP28,000

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm

We have a fantastic company looking to add to their successful sales team. They are currently looking for a driven and hardworking individual as a Telesales/Account Executive.

You will be working from an existing client base and following up warm leads through their website to help grow and secure business with your customer database.

You'll be part of a successful team responsible for driving the business forward with your sales experience, through identifying and developing current and new business to maximise leads, plus the opportunity to attend Trade Shows, you must be proactive in your approach and want to succeed.

Main Job tasks and Responsibilities

* Contact businesses by telephone to promote and sell the company's product portfolio (Warm Calls)
* Solicit orders for products over the telephone.
* Explain the products to existing or potential customers.
* Deliver a coherent sales pitch to the customer.
* Provide pricing details.
* Handle customer questions.
* Obtain customer information including names and addresses.
* Record customer details including reaction to products.
* Receive orders over the telephone and via the company website.
* Input order details into the computer system.
* Follow up registrations from the company's website.

Education and Experience

* Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
* Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telesales.
* Product knowledge.
* Proficiency in relevant computer applications.
