Sales and Sage Administrator
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales and Sage Administrator for a position based in Tyseley on a Temp to Perm basis.
The role of a Sales and Sage Administrator includes:
??Invoicing, including creating and printing
??Identifying customer credit limits using Sage
??Maintaining and building relationships with existing and prospective customers
??Generate sales orders using SAGE
??Completing delivery notes and credits
??Administration
??Making payments
??Franking of post
??Liaising with sales teams and warehouse
??Responding to customer emails
??Processing orders - entire end to end sales process

Details:
??Pay:GBP9 per hour
??Working hours of a Sales and Sage Administrator are 38 hours a week
??Location: Tyseley
??3 Month Temp to Perm
??Full-Time
As a Sales and Sage Administrator, you will need the following:
??Excellent communication and organisation skills
??Previous experience using SAGE order processing
??Previous Sales Team experience
??A confident and friendly telephone manner
??A good understanding of MS Office packages
??A minimum Grade C in Maths and English
??Strong IT skills
??Great attention to detail and accuracy
??A friendly and polite personality
??Professional attitude
