Quality Manager - Safety Critical Products
Oxfordshire | GBP50,000 - GBP55,000 (Negotiable on Experience) + Benefits

The Quality Department objective is to ensure that the organisation is fit for purpose and that it meets both external and internal audit & customer requirements, including:

*Product and company certifications.
*Legal compliance and customer satisfaction.
*Ensuring that all business Quality Policies and Procedures are adhered to.
*Ensuring that the company delivers the highest quality products to its customer, on time without rework.

The responsibilities of the Quality Manager are as follows:

*Management of the company QMS to, ISO9001 TS16949 & customer specific approvals
*Manage implementation of ISO14001 & OHSAS18001
*PFMEA Completion
*Devising and establishing the company's quality procedures, standards and specifications.
*Act as the company point of contact for quality enquiries & concerns
*Drive the company continuous improvement initiative towards a zero-defect culture
*Investigation in to quality issues and implementing corrective & preventative measures

The Person
The successful Quality Manager will have the following skills/experience:

*Experience of implementing / maintaining Quality Management Systems
*Conversant with ISO9001, TS 16949 is a strong advantage
*Experience of working within a manufacturing environment.
*Customer focussed and good change manager.
*A track record of delivering results within a challenging environment & able to provide problem solving guidance.
*Drive simplification and standardisation of quality processes.
*Leadership experience

Package
Up to GBP55,000 plus a generous benefits package.
