Test Technician

Are you a Test Technician looking for your next contract? Would you be interested in potentially working from now until early 2017?

Due to expansion and growth, this company are looking for a Test Technician to join their team. The role will be varied and, for the right candidate, could go perm.

Test Technician Requirements:

- The Test Technician should have previous experience of board-level, sub-assembly and finished instrument testing
- Candidates should be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of electronic test and diagnostic equipment including oscilloscope, DVMs etc
- Test Technicians should be able to follow verbal instructions for testing and assembling pre-production assemblies
- Ideally trained to IPC Standards

Test Technician Responsibilities:

- The Test Technician will be required to carry out a variety of test work
- Candidates will be required to use various test equipment to test down to board level
- Candidates will be required to do fault diagnosis of test related issues

The contract would be for an initial 3 month period, with the possibility of it being ongoing, depending on production requirements.
