Are you a Science or Engineering Graduate looking for the opportunity to gain full training so you can progress as a Materials Engineer?
On offer is a highly varied, office and on-site based role, developing new products and manufacturing samples for leading UK manufactures.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands on experience working in the facilities of leading UK manufacturers. You will receive training on the company's materials and the products of their clients, developing an in-depth understanding of how variations in materials and manufacturing methods effects the end product.
This position would suit a recent graduate from a science or related engineering discipline (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineer or similar) with an interest in hands on work and technical work. This department is rapidly expanding, providing you with long term opportunities to progress your career and shape the growth of the department.
On a day to day basis you will be 70% based on-site at manufacturing facilities manufacturing samples and developing new products. In the office you will be providing technical specifications, technical support and technical information for clients to assist them in their manufacturing and design processes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring Graduate Engineer to receive full training to become a Materials Engineer, allowing you to be the go-to technical expert used by leading UK manufactures.
The Role:
* 70% based at client sites manufacturing samples
* Developing new products through variations in materials and manufacturing methods
* Providing technical specifications, technical support and technical information for clients
The Person:
* Recent graduate from a Science or Engineering discipline
* Some hands on experience from education, year in industry or work history or hobbies
* UK Driver's license and happy to travel
