Head Chef - Fresh Food Pub - Tunbridge Wells

Grade II listed, it's a place that seamlessly blends old with new. Among the very best places to eat in the area, they serve up fantastic food that really does justice to their special setting. The menu focuses on fresh seasonal produce, with plenty of Kent-sourced ingredients lending a local flavour to their dishes too.
Salary / Package
* Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP26,000 dependent on experience
* Chef Whites Provided
* 28 Days holiday per year
* 15% bonus based on hitting profitability, GP, health & safety score and NPS.

The role:
You need to be a talented Head Chef with a passion for fresh food and a love of kitchen camaraderie. You'll be able to bring the best out in others - and you'll take immense pride in every successful service
Other key characteristics:
* Passion for detail and presentation
* Head Chef for at least 1 year
* The desire to train and mentor junior team members
* An extensive knowledge of seasonal produce and cooking techniques
* Experienced within managing and producing functions
* Ordering
* Stock Control
* Maintaining the high standards at all-times along with health and safety.
