IFA Sales Support Administrator
GBP20,000 - GBP22,000 + benefits
Haywards Heath, West Sussex
Busy friendly team, with well respected IFA group. Working alongside Paraplanners and Advisors, to provide a high quality service in the processing of business for new and existing clients.
The company services the full spectrum of Pensions and Investment business - for Private and Corporate clients - Personal and Executive Pensions, Group Pensions, Group Life, ISAs, Bonds etc.
Supporting the processing of new proposals; requesting and collating information; liaising with product providers; providing quotations and illustrations; progressing pipeline business; responding to day to day client queries.
Ensuring accurate and compliant database records.
Skills & experience required:
Current/recent experience in a financial services sales support role, within an IFA or Life Office environment; a good grounding in a range of Pensions and Investment products.
Confident telephone manner.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft office packages.
Good understanding of FCA requirements, including TCF.
Progress with professional study is an advantage, and is fully supported.
The office: Friendly, buzzy working environment; out of town location - own transport is required, and a staff parking space is provided.
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm; 22 days holiday and wide range of benefits
