Trainee Recruitment Consultant Required

The Coyle Trades & Labour Sector Division Walsall Office is looking for a Trainee Consultant who is able to drive with a valid driving licence, earning GBP18,000-GBP20,000 per annum depending on experience plus commission, to identify new business opportunities for suitable placements nationwide. Your role as part of this winning team will be to you will manage the complete recruitment process. You will be responsible for winning new clients as well as maintaining and developing further relationships with existing clients, through both telephone and face to face meetings. You will be sourcing and meeting new candidates, through various means including advertising and networking. You'll also maintain regular contact with existing candidates using our market leading database, whilst consistently hitting KPI's and targets.
The ideal candidates will have previous experience working within a fast paced target driven environment, and will be use to making large volumes of outbound calls. We are looking for people with exceptional telephone skills in addition to strong keyboard and IT skills.
