Strong Recruitment Group is acting on behalf of its client who are a property maintenance company based that work on high end residential properties in central London.
They are looking to recruit a Gas Engineer/Heating Engineer to the team. The role will include a variety of domestic gas work including, but not limited to, gas safety inspections, boiler services, central heating breakdown assessment and repair.
The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, presentable, and hard working with excellent time keeping and reliability. It is also important that they can work alone and can follow their own initiative.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A full domestic ACS and preferably be Gas Safe registered
* A minimum of 2 years qualified experience
* Their own insurance
* Their own tools
* A full clean driving licence
* Good English
* Plumbing skills are also desirable but not essential
The client will arrange all the jobs for the Gas Engineer and will manage their schedule. For an experienced candidate, they offer:
* A negotiable rate paid monthly (GBP140-GBP190 gross day rate depending on experience)
* Regular hours 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
* A company van and uniform
Annual salary is in the region of GBP34,000 per annum.
