Position: Recruitment Consultant
Location: Southampton, Hampshire
Package: GBP30K + commission (OTE GBP50K) + benefits & Free Parking!
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a Boutique Independent recruitment agency on the outskirts of Southampton. The business has been built on a strong set of values and this carries through in everything they do. They have a reputation in the South East for delivering outstanding client service and truly delivery what they promise. Each Recruitment Consultant within the small team off their own unique set of skills that complement each other to bring together a phenomenal team. Recent growth and client demand has led them to expand their team and they are looking to hire two Senior Recruitment Consultants into the team.
Each consultant will be given a geographical area that isn't currently being serviced by any other consultant however the client demand is there!
You will work autonomously to build your area, offering a temporary and permanent recruitment service. You will meet every prospect client as well as existing clients in your area so you'll need to have a passion for business development. As a business they also attempt to meet every candidate that they represent.
The successful candidate will be someone who has:
* 12 months + recruitment experience Experience in the Commercial Sector
* Strong personal values
* Have a passion for delivering outstanding service to clients
* Be driven to develop an area and own it
