Our Client, a leading supplier of security services to Corporate and Retail sectors and based in Buckinghamshire is looking for a self-motivated, tenacious and confident recruitment professional to join their rapidly expanding business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the high volume sourcing and recruitment of security candidates (varying levels). The role will be varied with the successful internal recruiter providing excellent service delivery to candidates and hiring managers, sourcing CV's, arranging interviews as well as managing administration and general recruitment across the business.
The role:
• Liaising with all hiring managers to ensure that all of the businesses recruitment needs are met
• Resourcing talent through effective, pro-active advertising across multiple channels
• Shortlist and pre-qualify potential candidates and provide recommendations / arranging and conducting face to face interviews for successful candidates
• Ensure lifecycle of the recruitment process is completed in a fast, efficient and professional manner at all times - minimizing the time to hire and cost
• Understand the key outcomes of your recruitment activity - i.e. hires produced vs. activity and expended cost , adjusting if necessary to maximise the return against investment
• Recruitment administration i.e. booking interviews / interview rooms ensuring all appointments are mirrored in the recruiting managers diaries, line managers and HR
• Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all potential employees' details throughout the recruitment process
The successful candidate
• Previous demonstrable recruitment experience, ideally in a high volume Security environment
• Experience of headhunting individuals through networking and social media
• Ability to cope with high volume, high pressure blue collar level recruitment
• Calm and collected - Must have the ability to work objectively even when under pressure from hiring managers
• Possess the ability to forge and develop long standing, successful relationships with hiring managers
• Strong time management and task prioritization abilities, you must also be capable of dealing multiple projects and have the ability to self-manage
• Excellent Time management, verbal, written and negotiation skills
• Ensure that online presence of current vacancies is continuously kept up to date to attract the best potential candidates
• Liaising closely with HR to ensure all new starters are issued with correct documentation i.e offer letter and contract information, CRB forms etc
