Town Planning Policy Officer
Carrington West's dedicated Town and Country Planning Recruitment Team operate UK wide and we are delighted to be assisting our client with their search for a Planning Policy Officer to join a busy Local Authority in the Essex area.
We are looking for a qualified Planner with experience of working within a Local Authority Planning Policy department who will have the ability to hit the ground running.
There will be opportunities to be involved in all areas of planning policy including the local plan, neighbourhood plans, village design statements and providing policy advice on planning applications.
Qualifications
Due to the nature of the role the successful candidate will ideally have a degree in Town and Country planning or equivalent and be eligible for membership of the RTPI.
The rate of pay on a Ltd hourly rate will be dependent on experience.
