Sales Administrator - GBP21,000 - St Neots - Manufacturing
My client are a growing manufacturing and engineering company based in St Neots looking for a Sales Administrator / Internal Sales Coordinator to join their growing team. The successful Sales Administrator will have experience within an engineering / manufacturing company and have experience with sales order processing and providing a positive customer experience.
The role of the Sales Administrator:
* Processing of customer orders for delivery.
* Assisting sales and marketing teams and development of new customers / business.
* Contacting and speaking with existing clients via email and phone to ensure they are kept updated.
* Investigate new potential customers, new business.
* Enter sales orders converted from quotations in the in house Prospect CRM systems.
* Proactive Gathering of Marketing Information.
* Ensuring the accurate and timely pricing of customer enquiries.
The requirements for the Sales Administrator:
* Previous experience within an engineering or manufacturing company.
* Experience in sales and experience with high attention to detail.
* Processing of customer orders for delivery.
* Excellent phone manner.
Package for the Sales Administrator:
* Salary circa GBP21,000.
* 20 days holiday.
