Engineering/Technical/Construction/Built Environment Recruiters
Business to Business Salespersons
Freelancers with sales or recruitment experience
As the Freelance Engineering Recruitment Consultant you will have your own PC, internet access and of course a telephone! We will provide you with full admin support, access to our CRM system, job boards including industry specific and back office/invoicing.
You the Freelance Engineering Recruitment Consultant will be someone who is self motivated and well organised. Happy to make cold calls to clients across the UK and start building relationships with them. Identifying candidates, networking in this field, carrying out references & checks and ultimately placing candidates into your clients. This is how you are going to earn your money. We will pay you up to 40% of every placement made. A confident and professional telephone manner goes without saying.
