Are you a passionate, experienced Nursery Nurse or Assistant with a degree in an Early Years related course?
Do you have recent experience of working with young children and a keen interest in developing a career in Early Years? If the answer is yes then get in touch.
You could have the opportunity to work on a full time basis at a Private Nursery in the North Leeds area helping to support the manager in the day to day running of the setting and using the academic knowledge you will have gained to help guide other staff members and put what yoyu have learned into practice.
You will be offered an attractive salary and flexible hours. The right candidate will have good communication skills and the ability to work with young children in a fast paced and hands on working environment with the confidence to work with children aged between 6 months and 5 years.
Requirements for the role:
Relevant Degree in a childcare/early years subject (Childhood Studies, Early Years Education, Early Childhood, etc)
Recent experience of working with children aged 0 -5
Knowledge of the EYFS and how to apply this in a setting
Up to date DBS
You will ideally have up to date knowledge on safeguarding policies and know how to encourage children's learning in the vital stages of development.
The role will require you to be hands on with your approach and get involved with different activities with the children. It is important that you can demonstrate confidence and be proactive at all times.
