Online HR tutor
Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time
Location: Manchester
Salary: GBP28,000 - GBP32,000 (Subject to Job Evaluation)

We are seeking a HR tutor to support our blended and online CIPD qualifications at all levels. This role would work closely with our Product Manager and our team of Tutors to deliver an outstanding learner experience.
This role will be responsible for tutor support for assigned HRM/D products including web based workshops, advice via the VLE and telephone for learners. The role may also include some face to face delivery, marking, assessment and content maintenance and development activities.
MOL are a national professional education provider of over 30 years` experience. We currently specialise in providing in-house, corporate and public training programmes for a range of disciplines including HR, finance, management, public relations, property and construction. MOL are focussed on providing professional insight and skills enabling our trainees to learn, develop and excel. MOL offer high quality blended learning products that lead to professional qualifications, including CIPD, CMI, and CIPR, through a combination of face to face workshops and digital learning methods.
Experience / Qualifications
-Level 7 CIPD Qualified (or working towards)
-Experience of delivering online training and face to face training
-Experience of assessing written assignments
-Experience of coaching and mentoring
-Experience of designing and developing learning and/or assessments at a variety of levels using a range or approaches and technologies
-Demonstrable commitment to ongoing CPD
Personal Qualities
-Able to prioritise and meet specific deadlines
-Excellent level of communication skills in written and oral and presentational areas
-Enthusiastic and creative
-Ability to persuade and influence both internally and in external networks
-Proactive and strong leader, driving performance and engagement
