Senior Electrical Design Engineer - Building Services
GBP40,000 - GBP55,000 plus bonus and pension and flexitime
A Building Services consultancy with a head office in London is on the lookout for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their office based in Southampton due to a new influx in work.
They work across all sectors however the intial projects an individual would be brought on to do are Education, Commercial and Leisure. The role would also have the opportunity for career progression with some members of the business retiring in the next year.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' experience and have worked in a recognized consultancy based in the UK, Chartership would also be preferred.
They would be looking for someone who has the following skill set:
- BSc / MSc in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
- Cable calculations using Amtech or Hevacomp
- Lighting design using Dialux or Relux
- Experience in residential, commercial and leisure projects (preferred but not essential).
- Ability to work with Revit and within the BIM process
This organization has been in business for over 15 years and had an annual turnover of GBP35 million last year.
