Commercial Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Job outline:
* Location - Midlands
* Salary - 27 - 30k + Call out

The Role:
* This role is a mobile engineer's role covering the midlands area.
* The successful candidate will be required to carry out servicing, PPM's, maintenance, testing and installation as and when needed to.
* This will be carried out on a range of commercial sites, these sites include nursery's, schools, police properties and council buildings.
The Candidate:
All of the following qualities and qualifications are a MUST:
* 17th edition
* City & Guilds Test and Inspection
* At least 4 years' experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer
* Commercial experience is essential
* Full UK Driving Licence
* MUST BE CRB / DBS CLEAR - due to the nature of the contract
* The ideal candidate should be personable with a professional attitude towards every aspect of their work, this is especially important due to the role being a customer facing position
* City & Guilds level 2 and 3 Electrical Installation
* City & Guilds Wiring Regulations 7671
* City & Guilds 2377 Electrical Equipment Maintenance & Testing
The Company:
Due to winning numerous long term contracts the company is looking to bolster its divisions with well-rounded engineers. They're offering stability, ongoing training if needed. There is also scope for career progression once the successful candidate proves themselves. This is due to our client being a large FM company.
