SENIOR SERVICE ENGINEER REQUIRED WITH ENGINEERING EXPERIENCE FOR AN INDUSTRY LEADING HEAVY WASTE MANAGEMENT AND RECYCLING CAPITAL PLANT EQUIPMENT SUPPLIER

ROLE: Senior Service Engineer (Multi-skilled / Mechanical Biased)

SALARY: GBP35-41,000 plus Overtime (x1.5) Choice of Vans, Laptop or iPad, Mobile, and Fuel Card

LOCATION: This is a mobile role, you will be considered from Birmingham, Derby, Nottingham, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield, Liverpool and the surrounding area

CLIENT

My client is a market leading organisation in the capital plant equipment sector supplying to waste management and recycling companies

In a previous role you may have been a: Service Engineer, Mechanical Fitter, Engineering Team Leader, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Engineering Supervisor

ROLE: Senior Service Engineer (Multi-skilled / Mechanical Biased)

As a senior field service engineer you will attend sites across the North and Midlands

You will manage and undertake all maintenance across 10 sites, with ownership for the smooth operation and minimisation of downtime at the client's sites.

You will undertake mechanical and electrical maintenance and assess requirement for further parts.

The equipment is heavy capital plant including waste processing equipment such as balers compactors, powerscreens, crushers and shredders or waste management and recycling equipment

You will be based from home and travel as required

You will work within site safety procedures and company policies.

EXPERIENCE: Senior Service Engineer (Multi-skilled / Mechanical Biased)

You will have experience working on heavy plant equipment including powerscreens, balers compactors, crushers and shredders or waste management and recycling equipment

Qualified in an engineering discipline Mechanical or Electrical C & G/ NVQ / HNC

You must have an IOSH or NEBOSH safety qualification

You will have a full UK driving license.

In a previous role you may have been a: Service Engineer, Mechanical Fitter, Engineering Team Leader, Electrical Engineer, Maintenance Technician, Engineering Supervisor
