Our client is an extremely successful and IFA based in Cheshire. They are looking to add a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection Adviser to their team. This role will be on a self-employed basis, without a desk charge and will offer an extremely generous salary cut.
Key Accountabilities:-
• Advising clients to find and apply for the right mortgage and making sure they are fully informed about what's available.
• Dealing with estate agents, valuers and mortgage lenders, keeping up to date with the current market and law and working closely with your clients.
• You will provide advice on all types of financial products including mortgages.
• You will need to follow strict rules and guidelines from the Financial Services Authority (FSA).
• As a self-employed adviser you will manage your own workload, meeting clients at all times.

• CeMap qualified.
• Over 2 years' experience.
• Well versed in the financial industry and market.
• Someone willing to work on a self-employed basis.
• Experience advising in an IFA or Broker.
