EXPERIENCED PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT OFFICER REQURIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START!!!!

Requirements:
• Monitor and evaluate performance against agreed targets relating to the project and recommend action to ensure achievement of all agreed objectives.
• Support roll-out activities related to the public sector.
• Assist the Programme Manager with programme delivery, on-time and within budget.
• Liaise with the strategy team to ensure key messages are effectively communicated to customers in the wider public sector.
• Collect, analyse and report data relative to the different work streams.
• Identify and manage legal and project risks and issues.
• Seek out and implement all opportunities to remove waste in delivering value for money to ensure the programme is able to deliver the required components on budget.
• Support the PMO Lead with governance and reporting activities and resourcing and on-boarding of team new members.
• Ensure accurate record keeping and the updating of the correct systems including undertaking any other administrative tasks as specified by the Programme Director and Programme Manager.
Essential Requirements:
• Able to evidence and demonstrate a project support background.
• Methodical in your approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Willingness to carry out all tasks including data entry and administration if required.
• Excellent on all Microsoft packages and willingness and skill to learn new programs quickly.
• Excellent communication both written and oral.
• Ability to communicate to those at all levels.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
Desirable:
• Work history within the Public Sector and/or procurement.
