Are you a Project Manager who has experience developing new business within the HVAC industry? Are you accustomed to managing projects from initial survey to handover?
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a well established Air Conditioning contractor based in the North West. The client are looking to 2017 and are looking to take on an experience Project Manager who has a proven track record of winning new business and managing projects from cradle to grave. Working within the commercial sector you will be working with clients in the Leisure, Industrial & Retail sectors.
Project Manager Duties:
* Manage HVAC projects from cradle to grave
* Develop new business within the commercial sector
* Manage subcontractors
* Perform initial site surveys
* Handover projects with values of up to GBP1m
Project Manager Requirements:
* Time served A/C Engineer would be advantageous
* Proven track record of winning new business
* Managed projects from start to finish
* Estimating experience is essential
* City & Guilds - Mechanical related
Project Manager Package:
* Salary: GBP40k - GBP45k
* Car/Allowance
* Holiday, Pension
