I am currently recruiting on behalf of a growing provider of maintenance solutions to the facilities sector who due to recently being awarded a new contract are looking for a strong building service maintenance engineer with an electrical bias to join their day team on a highly prestigious site based in the Central London.
You will be working on a split day basis consisting of 07:00 - 16:00/10:00 - 19:00 and be responsible for carrying out PPM's and reactive duties on a wide range plant including AHU's, FCU's, VAV's, single and 3 phase power, emergency lighting, UPS, generators, switchgear etc.
The site being a highly prestigious environment means it is essential that you carry yourself in a professional manner at all times, including your appearance and the way you carry yourself with the on site client.
In order to be considered for the role you must have City and Guilds parts 1 and 2 (electrical) and 17th Edition
