I'm currently seeking a Purchasing & Logistics Administrator to join a well established Engineering company based near Hereford. In this varied and challenging role you'll organise both domestic and export logistics, deal with the companies warranty process and work with a wide variety of people in the industry.
The client has modern, bright and airy offices located just outside of Hereford and this is a great opportunity to join a very well established business.
The ideal Purchasing & Logistics Administrator will have experience in a similar role and company environment (Engineering, Technical, Construction etc) and have a dealt with warranty processes and logistics.
This is a challenging and rewarding role, which requires good communication, IT and organisational skills. You'll be speaking on a daily basis with clients, managers, warehouse staff and different regional offices to ensure that everything within the business runs smoothly.

Purchasing & Logistics Admin Role:
- Plan and oversee domestic and export logistics
- Operate and administer company warranty process
- Maintain database of approved sub-contractors and suppliers
- Supporting logistics and purchasing management with administrative duties
Purchasing & Logistics Admin Requirements:
- Experience in logistics coordination, purchasing administration is required (minimum a years experience)
- Excellent IT skills (Word, Excel etc) and a quick learner of new systems
- Good communication skills and happy to work with a variety of people
- Strong organisational skills and able to multi-task work
- A background in an Engineering, Technical or Construction environment
- Local to the Hereford office
