HIT Training Ltd, incorporating Connect 2 Care is a Sunday Times Top 100 Company and holds Ofsted Grade 2. We are passionate about apprenticeships and need an independent and motivated candidate for the brand new role of Apprentice Recruiter.

Reporting into the National Sales Manager the role of the Apprentice Recruiter will be to engage with employers to find suitable candidates to employ as Apprentices. You will also be working with the National account team to secure appointments with decision makers at a local level to support the growth of the business.

Duties will include:
* Searching and matching applicants to specific vacancies nationally
* Engaging with employers to confirm interviews
* Work with local teams to agree enrolment and induction
* Collaborate with National Account team and Workbooks co-ordinators to ensure all national client records are kept up to date and accurate
* Contact regional branches of our national clients to secure appointments with decision makers for our local teams to attend
* Keep all records on the e-platforms up to date

Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications needed:
* A good level of English and Maths
* The ability to work on your own
* Track record of delivering sales targets
* Knowledge of apprenticeship/work-based learning environment
* Excellent IT skills

This role is a full time permanent position based in Wyboston Lakes, having access to your own transport would be beneficial.
