Salary: Circa £27,000 plus benefits

Permanent - 36 hours per week. Weekend / bank holiday working required

Reporting to the Extra Care Services Manager, you will be part of a broader team of professionals responsible for providing an excellent Extra Care service.

Candidate Requirements:

This Extra Care Scheme Coordinator role is perfect if you have:

  • Experience in housing or extra care services
  • Experience in managing staff
  • Experience of partnership working
  • Excellent customer service skills
