2x posts - 37 hours per week, fixed term maternity cover contract for 12 months and 15 hours per week, permanent contract
Housingrecruit.com is currently advertising for a Support Worker on behalf of their client, a leading social housing provider based in Worksop.
The organisation’s Mental Health Supported Living Service in Worksop is looking to recruit two enthusiastic, positive thinking Support Workers, who are passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.
The support, which is person-centred, may include tenancy related support, budgeting, debt management, accessing education, promoting healthy lifestyles, personal care, substance misuse issues and improving confidence and independence. Experience is desired but training will be provided.
The successful candidates will be required to work on a shift basis over 24 hours including weekends, bank holidays and sleep ins; a 33% bonus is paid for waking nights and double time paid for Christmas and New Year shifts. In addition, an allowance of GBP 35.27 is also paid for sleep-ins.
All successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check; costs will be met by the organisation.
