Customer Service and Course Advice Officer
Weston College are currently looking for a Customer Service and Course Advice Officer to provide exemplary customer service and to deliver supportive course advice to all Weston College customers.
Within the College Information Services Team, Student Services. To provide exemplary customer service and supportive tailored course advice to all potential and current students of the college. To employ a sales approach to ensure maximum conversion of interest to enrolment. To promote the college at both internal and external events. To ensure the timely and accurate processing of enrolments, applications and enquiries.
