BASIC: Up to ??58,000 DOE + OTE and Profit Related Bonus to Circa ??73,000

ROLE - UK Sales Manager

As UK Sales Manager you will take responsibility for the management of the UK Food Producing Animal (Cattle, Pigs & Poultry) sales team of three Territory Sales Managers and two Business Development Managers covering the UK and Ireland.

PERSON REQUIREMENTS - UK Sales Manager

We would be delighted to receive applications from experienced Sales Managers (regional or UK) used to managing sales teams from any of the following arenas:
* Food Producing Animals (FPA - Cattle, Pigs & Poultry)
* Companion Animals
* Human Health - NHS (Primary or Secondary Care) Pharmaceuticals, Diagnostics, Biotechnology, Medical Disposables and/or Medical Devices

Regardless of what your market place experience is, it is key that you:
* Have the right attitude and approach to developing an established but expanding sales force; able to add value to the team and be the leader / person they naturally gravitate to when they need support
* Have a proactive approach to managing sales professionals, able to nurture and establish long lasting working relationships with them and their large animal based veterinary practices (key accounts)
* Have a genuine interest in animal health and a natural infinity with animals in general
* Have an enquiring mind and alongside your team, be interested in understanding vets and their businesses with the creative, problem solving ability to educate and advise them how to build profitable practices
* Bring a great attitude to all you do; Great management capabilities, empathetic, have gravitas, persistence, determination, and the ability to achieve the right results for both us and our clients
