The Samsung Experience Store is a place where Samsung bring their retail vision to life. This means truly making the store the home of the Samsung brand -Showcasing our products, helping customers to discover what our products and technology can do for them, building relationships that go beyond technology and providing support whenever it's needed.
As a Samsung Experience Store Branch Manager you will be a guardian of the Samsung brand, that's pretty significant. You will use your retail managerial experience to ensure the store is operationally sound - the usual things like managing rotas, stock and store appearance.
The big difference is how you'll use the Samsung vision to make magic and open a world of discovery to our customers. You'll motivate and inspire a team of Customer Consultants, Trainers and Service Engineers to deliver an amazing customer experience.
