Accounts/Tax Administrator - Cheltenham

Salary ??18,000 - ??20,000

We are pleased to be working with a UK Top 40 Independent Chartered Accountant and Business adviser, who are currently looking for an exceptional admin support individual to join the team in Cheltenham.

The ideal candidate will need to be highly motivated and able to co-ordinate between teams with ease. You will have the ability to manage tasks and prioritise effectively whilst keeping great attention to detail. The successful applicant must be a team player with a friendly disposition.

It is essential to have a Medium to Advanced skill level in Excel to be considered for this position due to the nature of the work required.

The key responsibilities will be;

* Reporting on Personal progress, Performance tracking, Corporate monthly progress and Accounts report
* Submissions both Personal and Corporate
* New client procedures, set-up and forms
* Payment Reminders
* Simple tax return preparation
* General
* Chasing clients for information and compliance
* Billing
* Liaising between departments
* General administration
* Correspondence with HMRC
* Keeping internal control records up to date

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Word and Outlook as well as having a good telephone manner and people skills.

Experience in a previous admin role with a degree of accounts involvement would be preferable.
