My client, one of the most experienced and established independent Architectural Design and Building Surveying practices in the Cotswolds, are looking to recruit an Architectural Technician to their Cirencester Office.
They specialise in listed and historical buildings, and have become renowned in this field, so experience working on listed buildings in essential.
You will be joining a small good-natured team of professionals who pride themselves on delivering high quality projects. The firm has built-up an excellent reputation in the local area and the applicant will need excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills to contribute to the ongoing success. The role would suit someone early in their career, with a passion for traditional/listed buildings and an ambition to develop their design skills and become an integral member of a successful team.
They are able to offer a competitive wage and package dependent on your experience.
Essential requirements for the role:
- HNC/D in Construction (or equivalent).
- Between 2 and 5 years' post-qualification experience.
- Experience preparing detailed drawings for Planning and Listed Building Consent applications in AutoCAD.
- Experience preparing Working Drawings and Construction Details of Building Regulation compliance and on-site experience.
- Full Driving License and own vehicle.
