Position: Paint & Refurb Technician
Salary: ??8.50 - ??10.50 p/hr dependent on experience
Location: Long Marston, Stratford-Upon-Avon
Due to huge growth and development, our client, who is a 2016 best companies to work for award winner, is looking for skilled Paint Technicians to support their large new vehicle workshop operation. Previous experience working on repairing dents and minor damage is highly desirable, as is the ability to work in a fast paced environment
Requirements:
??? Previous experience within a main dealer, bodyshop, accident repair or independent group desirable
??? Strong vehicle knowledge
??? Full valid UK Driving Licence
??? Relevant City & Guilds or NVQ Certifications essential
??? Experience in working in a high volume environment
Duties and Responsibilities:
??? Carry out light paint work repair on any vehicles damaged in transit
??? Interaction with internal team members and external drivers
??? Maintain group standards
??? Maintain a high level of customer service
Package:
Strong hourly rate dependent on experience
40 hour working week, between 7am - 6pm Monday to Friday
Other benefits include pension, company benefits including car purchase scheme, and 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
