Are you looking for a customer focussed Service Manager position? If so I am looking for a Customer Service Manager to take the next step within their career and sit on in the operational management team for a global design and manufacturer of bespoke automated machinery for a variety of different industries including Food & Pharmaceutical and other Commercial Industries. The company themselves have doubled their turnover in the past three years and plan to do the same again this year.

This is a good opportunity for a Senior Service Engineer to take the next step in their career into the operational management team and looking after 5 members of staff. This is perfect for someone that is looking to grow within an expanding organisation that are doing work all over the globe in countries such as Germany, France, America, Ireland, Australia, Norway, South Africa etc.

THE SALARY/RATE/PACKAGE/BENEFITS
Customer Service Manager / Senior Service Engineer
• GBPCompetitive annual salary
• Profit and KPI related bonus (Circa GBP2k per annum)
• 1 day a month off if all hours are completed on top of holiday allowance
• Early finish on Fridays (4:00)

THE CANDIDATE
Customer Service Manager / Senior Service Engineer
Essentials:
• This person must have a strong engineering service background / technical service background
• A customer focussed individual with the ability to resolve problems quickly, keeping customers up to date along the way
• Extensive experience improving and maintaining service satisfaction levels with new and existing customers
• A strong personality with the ability to manage 5-6 members of staff that's able to sit on the operational management board making crucial decisions

THE ROLE
International Service Engineer
Due to rapid company growth, they are moving more and more into a service related business globally developing more customers all over the globe in countries such as Germany, France, America, Ireland, Australia, Norway, South Africa etc. Duties include:
• Improving and maintaining service satisfaction levels with new and existing customers
• Managing 5-6 within the service team - 50% - Management, 50% operational communication wise with employees and customers
• Bring new ideas to the table to increase sales - generate revenue selling service contracts/ service revenue streams
• Manage and organise the Service department ensuring the highest standards of customer service are achieved to all customers
• Conduct quarterly departmental meetings
• Take responsibility for all Transport related issues.
• Analyse KPIs for Service department - Customer satisfaction, Customer Service, Spares delivery's, working hours, Overnight stays, Overtime & Mileage
