We're taking our customers on a technology journey, and we need talented people to jump aboard. That's why we're looking for an experienced Product Tester, with strong technical skills, to join our team in Farnborough.

Our ideal Product Tester must be an excellent communicator with experience working in an Agile Scrum or iterative agile working environment. They will apply leading edge testing of our website & other customer facing products, ensuring we deliver to the highest standards. As part of a scrum team, you will be passionate about sharing your automation knowledge to our team of testers.

Required skills and experience

- Develop and maintain automated functional, non-functional, system and integration test suites
- Engage with developers to identify areas where automation can increase productivity and quality
- Meet defined quality standards and the definitions of done
- Contribute to continuous improvements of testing process and procedures

Valuable Experience

- 5 + years testing in a software development environment
- C# or similar
- Test management tools, good knowledge of Microsoft tools would be an advantage
- API testing on micro web services
- Working within Agile Scrum
- Database skills - comfortable with data centric application systems with a high level of SQL, XML & HTML
- Non-functional testing, including security, performance and load testing
- Test automation tools, such as Postman, SoapUI and Selenium etc

- A broad knowledge of SDLC methodologies and the challenges of testing
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with an ability to resolve issues
- Excellent time management. organisational skills and communication skills
- Excellent support of team members
