Our Client an exclusive Country House Hotel are looking for a Hotel Receptionist to work within their small front of house team. The role is varied. As well as Reception duties you will deal with reservations, and provide information to guests about the local area. Service is absolutely key at this 4 Star property which prides itself on providing a superb customer experience.

Duties include:-

Dealing with guests checking into the hotel and checking out
Taking reservations and dealing with general enquiries
Showing potential customers around the premises and promoting the hotel and it's facilities
Assisting with the Front Office Administration duties
Ensuring the reception areas are kept clean and tidy
Providing information to guests staying at the hotel about the local tourist attractions
Dealing with any queries or problems from guests staying at the hotel
Suitable candidates may already be working in the Hospitality Industry in a Front of House role but applications will be considered from candidates with strong Customer Service skills who are keen to join the Hospitality Sector as full training will be given. Flexibility is key as the role will involve a standard hospitality shift pattern which is typically 7 am - 3 pm or 3 pm - 11 pm working across 7 days with 2 days off per week and one full weekend off per month.

The position is offered on a full time basis on either a live in or live out basis. Candidates must have their own transport as public transport to the hotel is very limited and if you choose to live in the accommodation is a few miles away from the hotel.
