Junior Sous Chef required for one of Gloucestershire's most prestigious hotels boasting a Michelin Star restaurant.
My client is looking for an experienced Junior Sous Chef or a Snr CDP looking to progress, to compliment their award winning team.
Working for a small luxury group, you will assist in day to day operation of this Michelin Star restaurant delivering outstanding food within this stunning property.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience gained in a similar environment and have excellent communication skills. You will have the passion, be focused in your approach and have a real desire to develop.
In return, this position offers an excellent salary for a Junior Sous with a generous bonus structure and a range of exceptional benefits.
