Layout Technician/Designer
BRC are currently looking for a technically focused layout Technician/ Designer who has a keen interest in house building and residential design.
Our client is a leading housing developer that`re looking to add to their Design team, due to an increased demand for 2017. They`re offering unrivalled packages and starting salaries, along with fantastic development opportunities and predefined career progression routes.
Responsibilities:
??? producing viability layouts
??? Designing property developments
??? Creating and formatting detailed planning layouts for submission and other planning application supporting documents.
??? Liaise with sales, engineering, legal and planning teams to bring about successful developments.
Experience:
??? extensive experience using autoCAD (developer or residential experience within a private practice)
??? Proven experience working on housing development projects essential
??? An awareness of emerging and changing legislation.
??? A keen eye for detail
