We are seeking a Recruitment Advisor to join our client, a national provider of legal and professional services.
This is a full time position based in either the Bristol or Exeter office. The role includes travelling between all six offices and the successful candidate will have to spend some time each week working from the Exeter office.
Overview
- Assisting the Head of HR in all resourcing activities
- Main point of contact for any recruitment queries
- Actively engage in all recruitment initiatives and projects
- Shortlisting, testing and interviewing candidates
- Discuss new recruitment strategies and ideas with recruiting managers to ensure an efficient recruitment process
- Approach and negotiate with third party suppliers
- Advertising and production of recruitment marketing literature
Key Skills
- Experienced in managing recruitment campaigns
- Confident in taking the lead
- Awareness of employment law legislation
- Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills
This is a full-time permanent role based in Bristol or Exeter and involves travelling between offices.
Previous experience of working as a Recruitment advisor is required for this role, ideally within professional services.
