The ideal candidate for this opportunity needs to be A1 qualified (or equivalent) with a proven occupational history and competence within the industry. This exciting, field based role, involves delivering Customer Service, Business Admin, Team Leading, and Management qualifications to a caseload of learners in Bristol, Cirencester, and Gloucester. WBL Tutor Assessor (Generic / Business Services): The essentials.
* Assessment/Assessing/Assessor Qualifications (A1,TAQA, CAVA, ACWE, AVRA, IQAA, A2)
* Teaching Qualification (PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
* Literacy and Numeracy Qualifications (at Level 2 or Above)
* Knowledge of government funded employment and training programmes
WBL Tutor Assessor (Generic / Business Services): Your experience.
* Occupational history and competence within the industry
* Experience in a similar role
* The ability to motivate and encourage people
WBL Tutor Assessor (Generic / Business Services): The desirables.
* Verifier Qualification (IQA, V1, CAVA, EQA, AIQAPP, CLIQAAP, AEQAPP, CLEQAAP)
* Member of the Institute for Learning
WBL Tutor Assessor (Generic / Business Services): The organisation.
* A national training provider who specialise in delivering traineeships & apprenticeships across a wide range of sectors. Delivering nationally recognised mid to high level qualifications to learners from various establishments.
WBL Tutor Assessor (Generic / Business Services): The role.
* Train and assess learners across frameworks including Customer Service, Business Admin, Team Leading and Management up to and including Level 3 standard.
* Delivery of Functional Skills Maths, English, and ICT at Level 2 standard
* Support and motivate learners to achieve their full potential
* This is a field based role and will cover Bristol, Cirencester, and Gloucester.
* ??23,500 - ??24,800 per anuum
* Performance related bonus (approx. ??2k per annum)
* 26 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Business Mileage - 32p per mile / standard train fares
* Other company benefits
* A DBS (formerly CRB) check prior to commencement of role is required.
