They are seeking an ambitious, results-driven Licensing Executive to join their highly motivated team. Join this company and you will work with top video game creators, selling millions of awesome games worldwide. Identify, create and close deals with developers and publishers to showcase their amazing games to a vast online audience.

You will be diligent and determined, persistent and professional, and have a can-do attitude and a naturally positive outlook. You will also have an excellent knowledge and passion for video games.

The company operates in a dynamic, fast moving commercial environment. Pace, drive and passion are prerequisites. Enthusiasm, organisation, and time management skills are a must. This is a full-time role based in Rugeley, Staffordshire, England.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Licensing and in conjunction with the Head of Marketing to evolve the product licensing strategy.
- Identify, create and license innovative and imaginative new company and themed store sales that their customers will love.
- Manage the entire licensing process from initialisation to full and ongoing partner relations in an objective, targeted and highly organised manner.
- Build effective and measurable long-standing relationships with key licensing partners.
- Maximise licensing partner revenues and create bespoke campaign calendars to strategically deliver their latest and greatest games with high impact to the company global audience.
- Work with the Product Administrator to source and process deliverables from licensors in a timely manner.
- Apply data in insightful ways to rapidly grow the business, reporting against KPIs.

Experience/Skills:
- A proven track record in the digital entertainment/content industry with a relevant and up to date client list.
- Excellent knowledge of digital games content, with a nose for what sells on Valve's Steam platform.
- Forward-thinking and highly organised, with impeccable attention to detail.
- Strong commercial acumen and focus on delivery of key business goals.
- Numerate and analytical expertise.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional B2B interpersonal skills.
- Experience in an SMB company environment where employees are expected to lead from the front - process-driven, yet agile and reactive.
- An active interest in video games.
