Contracts Manager Grounds Management

Salary: GBP22,890.00 + bonus
Holiday: 20 days + statutory holidays

The role of the Contract Manager is to effectively manage all of the operational technical and financial matters relating to the contract ensuring that all client and staff matters are handled effectively and in accordance with the Streetwise policy.

Key Responsibilities:
- Input into and implement the strategy for the business of Streetwise Environmental
- Contribute fully to the effective running of the Streetwise Grounds Management Contract
- Participate in securing the long-term future of the Contract
- Provide the leadership required to meet objectives
- Be technically able and play a proactive role in targeting and securing new business, including tendering and pricing
- Maintain good relations with existing clients, by managing and meeting their needs
- Build and maintain a sound organisational structure, recruiting, training and motivating staff
- Monitor the performance of the contract
- Safeguard the company's image and credibility
- Take responsibility for health and safety and actively participate in the maintenance and improvement of the overall Company Health and Safety culture
- Ensure the maintenance of Quality Standards to BS EN 9001
- Will be on the out of hours rota, approximately one week in every four

The successful candidate will have an established track record as a Manager, preferably with knowledge in Grounds Management and Play Ground Services (ROSPA trained)
