Role
-To provide administrative support on the balance sheet and petty cash and to be accurate and to meet all deadlines.

Responsibilities
-To reconcile our bank account daily.
-To pay the weekly petty cash to supports and check the petty cash returns.
-To check personal money sheets for the people we serve and to archive them.
-To administer the payments of housing benefit to consumers.
-To reconcile the other bank accounts, petty cash accounts, DBS account and household balance sheet account each month.
-To prepare the quarterly returns to housing associations as required.
-To manage our Corporate Appointees with the DWP/Job Centre Plus as required.
-Any related ad hoc projects.
-To assist with payments administrator - scanning invoices, entering new suppliers, checking supplier statements.
