We have created a brand new and exciting role for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our friendly Marketing team and advance the company's knowledge of customer behaviour.
This is a fantastic opportunity to own the analysis, insight and business intelligence that drives customer relationship strategies and would suit someone looking for a role that will provide both autonomy and accountability. Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 + Benefits
You will devise data driven strategies that will identify improvements to maximise value to the business through acquisition, retention and customer relationship development. You will develop full knowledge of customer related data flow, build insight reports and assist with campaign optimisation. You will track, model and graph effectiveness of marketing campaigns and trends, track external data sources and benchmark online performance against competitors, as well as develop reporting methods, tools and data which aid tracking results and drive sales velocity.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication and relationship building skills with previous experience gained within a similar role. You will have good knowledge of statistical methods and data/ web analysis software, cross-device analytical experience (Mobile/ Desktop/ Tablet/ App), an understanding of SQL is advantageous along with data-mining and analytical skills and strong Google Analytics skills.
