Trainee Site Manager
My client is looking to add a Trainee Manager to their team due to business growth. The successful will candidate will be ambitious, driven and looking to develop their career with a dynamic business.
Salary from GBP28k to GBP35k plus bonus and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
* Stock management - reconciling stocks against deliver notes, out turning material from other depots.
* Taking ownership of export sales including container exports, short sea cargo and out bound articulated vehicles.
* Quality Control - Sampling various types of products, understanding gross and net weights to assess yields, purity and monetary values.
* Productivity Management - Calculations between incoming stock and production capabilities across various types of fixed plant machinery such as sheers and bailers.
* SHE management, IOSH and environmental awareness, employee welfare and management, training.
* Preventative maintenance on fixed plant machinery.
* Stock replenishment and depot procurement.
Training provided
* In house training on mobile plant - FLT, 360, Skidsteer and Loading Shovel.
* Fixed plant maintenance training - cable strippers, granulators.
* Environmental awareness courses.
* IOSH.
Experience - Preferred but not essential
* You will have experience working in a heavily industrialised industry this may include but is not limited to working with aggregates, concreates, fixed and mobile plant machinery.
Education and/or qualifications
* UK Driving License
