Assistant Site Manager - Volume House Builder
An award winning residential development business based in Essex are currently looking to appoint an experienced Assistant Site Manager to be based on a project of traditional build houses in Brentwood, Essex.
The client is a volume house builder, and the site is a development of 47 units of traditional build units and is tipped by the Construction Director to be a future award winning scheme. Reporting to the Senior Site Manager you will assume responsibility for the completion of 21 units from first fix carpentry through to completion/handover.
You will be a qualified Assistant Site Manager with experience of working for a volume house builder. You will be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail and possibly come from a trade background.
You will take responsibility for managing all internal trades, health and safety, tool box talks, will be able to plan and programme your own section of work and have a good track record in delivering similar projects with a Site Manager.
On offer is a basic salary of between GBP35,000 - GBP40,000 per annum plus car/allowance, benefits package and generous holiday entitlement.
